The rooms were brand-new and had PANORAMIC views. The staff were all very supportive and helpful, good service.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Moon Hotel. The location was ideal for our needs and the rooms were clean and well-equipped. The staff, particularly Mr. Khaled at reception, were incredibly helpful and made us feel at home. Although there were a few minor issues with internet connectivity and TV channels, overall we were satisfied with our stay. If these issues are addressed, we would definitely consider staying at Moon Hotel again in the future. I would recommend this hotel.

The room here has its own balcony and a living area, and the bed is really nice, also the staff is excellent, very cooperative, and the location is close to restaurants, food chains.

We loved the cleanliness and location of this hotel! The corridors and public areas were very well-maintained. The hotel had great facilities including a restaurant and parking. It was also conveniently located within the city center which made it easy for us to explore this bustling city!

I really liked the room and the comfortable bed, and the staff were very helpful when I needed them; the hotel is centrally located in the city center.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the thoughtful complementary drinks and snacks offered at check-in. the hotel's location was key, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I enjoyed the beautiful view from my room's balcony, and I appreciated the free parking provided by the hotel.

I found the carpeting to be quite dirty and the smell in the room was unpleasant. the elevators were unreliable and often took a long time to arrive, which was frustrating.

The hotel is conveniently located near government branches and close to the Cornish to enjoy the beach. the rooms are clean and the reception is friendly. Guests advise trying the hotel during off-seasons. the hotel is in a prime location near a restaurant.

The elevator has been reported to almost not work.
